Biography
Mr. Eric H. Hart has been Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President of Human Resources at B&G Foods Inc. since February 2015 and January 2016 respectively. Mr. Hart is responsible for all Human Resources functions for B&G Foods, including: strategic HR organizational planning, compensation and benefits planning, talent acquisition, employee development and compliance with HR-related regulations and company practices. He joined B&G Foods in February 2015 as Vice President of Human Resources. Mr. Hart held various managerial positions within Human Resources for over 25 years. Mr. Hart joined B&G Foods from LifeCell, where he served as Vice President of Human Resources since 2014. Prior to that, he held Human Resources leadership positions at Avaya, including Vice President of Global Compensation and Benefits, Senior Director of Human Resources for Avaya Global Services and Director of Human Resources from 2007 to 2014. Mr. Hart also held Human Resources managerial positions at Mars and Novartis Pharmaceuticals.
