Biography
Mr. Scott E. Lerner has been a General Counsel and Secretary of B&G Foods Inc. since July 18, 2005 and also serves as its Executive Vice President since 2006. Mr. Lerner has been the Chief Compliance Officer of B&G Foods Inc. since August 2009. He served as Vice President of B&g Foods Inc., since July 18, 2005. He joined B&G Foods from the international law firm Dechert LLP, where he served as an Associate in the corporate and securities and mergers and acquisitions practice groups from 1997 to 2005. Mr. Lerner holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
