Biography
Dr.Seokheun Choi is an Assistant Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the State University of New York – Binghamton. He received his B.S. and M.S. Electrical Engineering from Sungkyunkwan University (Korea) and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Arizona State Unviersity.
