Arseneault is also a member of the Executive Committee of BAE Systems plc, on which he leads the Program Management Cross Enterprise Council and shares leadership duties in overseeing the Global Supply Chain. In addition, Arseneault leads the Inc. Strategy and Corporate Development team to identify and implement initiatives to promote growth through organic investments, acquisitions, as well as the pursuit of international business opportunities to enable the organization to protect its core business and advance growth in adjacent and international export markets.
