Biography
Chris Penet, Having worked in the field for over 25 years, Chris has a profound understanding of the enzyme industry. He is responsible for product development programs that target existing and new market applications. In addition, he oversees the R&D and regulatory departments. He joined BIO-CAT in 2008 after working as a specialty enzymes industry manager for Genencor (now DuPont). Chris earned his master’s degree in Food Science from the University of Georgia and spent seven years in food product development for various food companies before starting his career in biotechnology.
