Biography
Chris is a senior legal executive with over 23 years of experience, including serving as a strategic counsel to boards-of-directors and senior management on clinical trial matters. Prior to joining Bioclinica, Chris was Vice President and General Counsel for the BioPharma Services Division (BSD) at Thermo Fisher Scientific where he oversaw all legal matters globally for the clinical trial businesses. His responsibilities included managing commercial transactions, contracting, claims and litigation, data privacy, global trade compliance (import / export), regulatory compliance, and risk management for BSD. Prior to this, Chris was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Comprehensive NeuroScience, Inc., which provided clinical trials, care management technology, and medical education services to life science companies. Chris earned a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from St. John's University College of Pharmacy and Allied Health. While practicing as a Registered Pharmacist in hospital and retail settings, he earned his law degree from St. John's University School of Law. Chris is a member of the bar in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, and holds an in-house counsel license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He also is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and the International Association for Contract & Commercial Management.
