Biography

Clint is an accomplished Human Resources executive leader with more than 20 years' experience and a track record in building and leading diverse global teams. Clint was named Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources and a member of Bioclinica's Executive Leadership team in July 2017 where he is responsible for ensuring that all Human Resources strategies and processes support the growth of our people and our business. Prior to joining Bioclinica, Clint held roles of global scope and responsibility with a focus on implementation of integrated Human Resources best practices, processes and tools. Most recently Clint was Vice President of Global Human Resources at IMS Health where he and his team supported a 15,000+ person organization. He effectively executed strategies to attract, onboard, develop and retain talent. Earlier with IMS Health, Clint was Director of Human Resources and Administration for Asia Pacific, a role that spanned 17 countries during which Clint developed country-specific Human Resources practices and created and deployed employee engagement initiatives. Clint has a bachelor's degree in English and a master’s degree in Corporate Management, both from The Pennsylvania State University.
