Biography
Mr. Wylie is a proven business leader with 35 years of executive management experience in emerging and global businesses. He has held leadership positions as a general manager, division president, group executive and chief executive officer in both public and private sector companies including IMC, Albany International, Uniroyal, EcoScience and Diomed Holdings. Additionally, Mr. Wylie spent nine years providing strategic advisory and interim CEO services to institutional investors across a broad range of markets and technologies. His market and product line experience includes biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostics and medical service equipment, mobile wireless data communication, commodity and specialty chemicals, polymers, crop protection, and waste management equipment and services.Mr. Wylie has extensive experience in public and private financing, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, state and federal regulatory affairs, legislative lobbying, media relations, and global operations. He has served on 9 Boards, stimulating change and driving corporate growth. Mr. Wylie holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Bates College and served on active duty as a Lieutenant in the US Navy Reserve.
