Sean Paolino

Biography

 Sean Paolino is an experienced financial leader with over 20 years of financial planning and analysis and accounting experience across multiple industries, including life sciences, consumer products, technology and chemicals. Most recently, Sean supported a portfolio of companies in the diagnostic, medical device and technology sectors after serving as the senior director of finance at Road Runner Sports. Prior to these roles, he spent three years at Life Technologies, helping to lead the North American FP&A team for a $1.4 billion business and supporting the integration of Invitrogen and Applied Biosystems. Sean began his career with PepsiCo/Pepsi Bottling Group and spent 15 years there, eventually helping to lead a billion-dollar business unit to the highest economic performance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from California State University, Fullerton.
