Parker David Dale

Biography

Mr. Dale joined the Company in June 2002 as President. Mr. Dale has over 30 years of experience in building high technology ventures. His focus has been on developing the Company’s marketing and technology development. Additionally, he has been critical in building distribution and sales channels, both domestically and internationally. Previously, he organized the selection of the Company as a key technology provider to the ‘United Nations Environmental Program for New Advanced Technologies’ for new cost-effective solutions to the developing world’s water and toxic waste pollution problems. Over his 30 year career he has independently invested capital and performed investment banking and marketing functions for a number of companies. He has served on numerous management teams and boards of directors, and he was instrumental in developing the first publicly registered Research and Development Limited Partnership with the SEC During these years, he had the opportunity of working with many of the key scientists and technologists who were responsible for developing the fundamental bioengineering technologies deployed today across many fields of industry. This extensive background has provided him with the foundation underlying many of technical implementation issues relevant to the introduction of BOC technology. Mr. Dale is a graduate of University of California – Irvine.
