Biography
Mr. Rodman is the retired chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Black & Veatch, a major provider of engineering and construction services to the electric utility, power generation, water, environmental, and telecommunications industries. Mr. Rodman had served as president and chief executive officer of Black & Veatch since 1998 and as its chairman since 2000, before retiring in 2013. Mr. Rodman served as a director and member of the audit committee of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City until his term ended in December 2016. He is currently chair of the board of National Association of Corporate Directors, Heartland Chapter. Mr. Rodman's career serving utilities and other regional industries has spanned over 40 years. He has led a large, internationally-diversified company and has strategic planning knowledge and experience. Mr. Rodman also brings insights and experience with board leadership.
