Biography

Dr. Serels graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brandeis University in 1988 with a B.A. in both biology and economics. He then completed his medical degree at New York University School of Medicine in 1992 where he was the recipient of the Samuel Soifer Memorial Award. He completed his urologic residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Montefiore Medical Center in New York. While in residency, he studied at both Memorial Sloan Kettering hospital for urologic oncology and at UCLA for urogynecology. He was recognized for his outstanding clinical work during this time by receiving an award from Montefiore Medical Center

Research Interest

Female Urology, Neurourology and voiding dysfunction for both Males and Females.
