Biography
Dr. Mills is a graduate of the Loma Linda University School of Medicine. Because of his interest in skin diseases, he completed his post-graduate training in dermatology at the Skin Cancer and Cosmetic Dermatology Center and is board certified. He is a sustaining member of the Medical Dermatology Society, as well as a member of the American Association of Physician Specialists. Dr. Mills enjoys treating the entire spectrum of medical dermatology. Because the skin is complex and situations vary, he gives personalized recommendations for treatment. He has special interest in preventive, life-style dermatology. Previous to his practice of dermatology, Dr. Mills was a board certified specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation. For a number of years he served as medical director of a rehabilitation hospital and was on the faculty of Kansas University School of Medicine in Wichita, Kansas.
