Biography
Pat Goggin is the Vice President and General Manager of Boeing’s BDS Development organization. BDS Development manages key programs in BDS’ portfolio at critical points in their lifecycle to benefit from coordination and focused resources from across the company, improving development execution and driving cost savings. This is accomplished by sharing capabilities such as mission systems and test disciplines, engineering best practices, program management and integration. Managed programs include KC-46 Pegasus; Presidential Aircraft Recapitalization; CST-100 Starliner; Space Launch System; and BDS work for Boeing’s 777X commercial airplane.
