Andrew Budde

Biography

When Andrew was hired out of college by Bolton & Menk, he didn't know his career path would continue here, eventually becoming an owner. He has enjoyed learning from and working with a variety of people within and outside of the company. As a Project Manager and City Engineer, Andrew manages projects from concept through construction ranging from MnDOT, county, and local roadways, roundabouts, city infrastructure, residential, commercial, and industrial development. He prides himself on finding efficiencies for his clients. "I always try to make things better; whether it is quicker, more accurate, less expensive, etc." says Andrew. His knack for being efficient comes in handy when he gets together with his four brothers, who like to organize games and challenges they call, "The Budde Olympics."
