Biography
Charles J. Dockendorff has been a director of Boston Scientific since April 2015. He was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Covidien plc, a publicly traded medical device and supplies company, a position he held at Covidien and its predecessor, Tyco Healthcare, from 1995 to 2015. Mr. Dockendorff joined the Kendall Healthcare Products Company, the foundation of the Tyco Healthcare business, in 1989 as Controller and was named Vice President and Controller in 1994.
