Biography
Dr. Philip Raskin is the Clifton and Betsy Chair in Biomedical Research and professor of medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. He is also director of the diabetes clinic and former director of the University Diabetes Treatment Center at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas.
