Biography

 Ms. Eileen A. Kamerick, J.D. served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of ConnectWise, Inc. since April 1, 2015 until January 22nd 2016 and November 13, 2015 until January 22nd 2016 respectively and served as its Senior Vice President and Treasurer from April 1, 2015 to November 13, 2015. Ms. Kamerick served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of LabTech Software Inc. from December 3, 2015 to January 21, 2016. She served as the Chief Financial Officer of Press Ganey Associates, Inc. since October 15, 2012. Ms. Kamerick served as the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director for Houlihan Lokey Inc. from 2010 to 2012. She served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Tecta America Corp., from August 2008 to 2010 and served as its Chief Legal Officer. Ms. Kamerick served as the Chief Financial Officer of Bearingpoint Inc., from May 2008 to June 2, 2008. She served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Essendant Inc. She served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Bearing Point Inc. since 2008. She served as the Chief Financial Officer of Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. from June 7, 2004 to March 20, 2008 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. She served as the Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President of Heidrick & Struggles from 2004 to 2008. She served as the Chief Administrative Officer of Heidrick & Struggles International Inc., from January 4, 2007 to March 20, 2008 and served as its Executive Vice President until March 20, 2008. She served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Capital MS&L, LLC.

 Ms. Kamerick has over 30 years of financial and accounting experience. She holds an AB degree in English from Boston College in 1980, JD from the University of Chicago Law School in 1984 and holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University Of Chicago Graduate School of Business in 1993. Ms. Kamerick completed Postgraduate Work at Exeter College, Oxford University.
