Biography
Cécile Lafitau holds a 3rd cycle of Management at HEC, an engineering degree and is certified at international Mozaik. She began her career by setting up her own recruitment consultancy and training center, which she managed for 5 years. To this end, it will receive the Veuve Clicquot prize from the businesswoman of 1995; she joined Anglo-Saxon consulting firms where she worked in the company and supported senior executives and managers in their professional development and mobility.
