Priscilla Weaver

Biography

Dr. Priscilla Weaver, PT, PhD, DPT, PCS is an Assistant Professor and the Director of Clinical Education at Bradley University in the Department of Physical Therapy and Health Science. Dr. Weaver achieved ABPTS Board Certification as a Pediatric Clinical Specialist in 2011 and has practiced as a pediatric physical therapist for over 10 years. She is licensed as a physical therapist in the state of Illinois and delivers physical therapy services as an early intervention evaluator and provider in the natural environment to infants, toddlers, and families. Dr. Weaver is participating in the APTA Education Leadership Institute (ELI) Fellowship. Dr. Weaver teaches Applied Physiology of Exercise in the undergraduate Health Science curriculum and assists in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. She coordinates all aspects of the physical therapy clinical education program. Dr. Weaver actively participates in service opportunities within Bradley University, the local community, and the physical therapy profession. She serves on various university committees. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and serves on the Academy of Pediatric Physical Therapy, Early Intervention Special Interest Group, leadership team. She is a member of the Easter Seals Program and Services Committee.
