Biography
Dr. Ros is an Adjunct Professor at the Brandeis International Business School and a Managing Partner at NERA Economic Consulting where he is a member of its global network industries and antitrust practices. His expertise is in regulatory and antitrust economics with an emphasis on network industries such as aviation, energy, postal and telecommunications. Dr. Ros is an expert in econometric analysis and has published econometric research in The Energy Journal, Review of Industrial Organization, Journal of Regulatory Economics, Review of Network Economics, Telecommunications Policy and Info.
