Biography
Sara is a Learning Practice Lead at Bristol-Myers Squibb where she is responsible for managing the R&D Symposium at BMS, a unique, internal event where more than 3,000 BMS scientists and researchers come together for two days to discuss science and engage with colleagues. In her role, Sara is also responsible for partnering with internal and external stakeholders to plan, design and deliver innovative learning strategies to support the development of scientific capabilities and business skills to drive business performance and accelerate the development of all R&D colleagues worldwide. Sara holds a Masters Certificate in Instructional Systems Design from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration at the University of Connecticut. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware in International Relations with Diplomacy Concentration, European Specialization.
