Biography
David Stalter is a Managing Director, responsible for leading the tax team in Brookfield’s Property Group globally. Mr. Stalter joined Brookfield in 2009, initially as Vice President in charge of US tax for Brookfield across all business platforms. He has held his current role since 2012. Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Stalter was a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he spent 13 years specializing in strategic and private equity mergers and acquisitions transactions.
