Biography
Terry Hoyt is a Managing Director of Brookfield’s Property Group, based in New York and is responsible for the structuring, closing and asset management of transactions included in the Brookfield Real Estate Financial Partners Fund. Ms. Hoyt has over 27 years of experience in real estate. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2003, she worked at Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan for nine years, with a focus in real estate finance and capital markets and additionally was responsible for the closing and securitization of all large loan transactions.
