Williams Goodwyn

Biography

Will Goodwyn is Vice Chairman, Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary of Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc.  Having joined Coca-Cola UNITED in 2000, Will has previously held the positions of Executive Vice President, Corporate Secretary and General Counsel. Will is also a Director of Southeastern Container, Inc., where he has served since 2004. He also represents Coca-Cola UNITED on the Industry Issues Committee of the Coca-Cola Bottlers’ Association and has recently been elected to its Board of Governors. Will received his BA degree from Vanderbilt University where he graduated summa cum laude and a member Phi Beta Kappa. He is also a graduate of Yale Law School. Prior to joining Coca-Cola UNITED, Will was a partner for 12 year with Bradley Arant Rose and White LLP. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Alabama State Bar Association and the Birmingham Bar Association. Will’s civic involvement includes serving as a member of the Greater Alabama Council of Boy Scouts Executive Board, a Trustee of Birmingham-Southern College and a director of The Cahaba River Society. He is also a member of the Birmingham Rotary Club and has served in the past as a director of the Alabama Symphony. Will and his wife, Maura, have three grown children. They all reside in Birmingham, AL.
