Dario U. Margve

Biography

    Mr. Dario U. Margve serves as a Managing Director of Brynwood Partners and Brynwood Partners VI, L.P. Previously, Mr. Margve served as a Managing Partner at the Brynwood Partners. Mr. Margve has been affiliated with Brynwood Partners since 1993. He joined J.B. Williams Company, Inc. in 1993 and served as its Vice President of Sales. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Spinrite GP Inc. from 2004 to 2008. He joined Spinrite in 2004. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Spinrite Income Fund from 2004 to 2008. From 1995 to 2002, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at J.B. Williams Company, Inc. Prior to joining J.B. Williams Company, Inc., he held sales and marketing management positions at various divisions of Nestle U.S.A., Inc. from 1983 to 1993. He is as a Senior Consumer Products Business Executive with over 21 years of general management, sales and marketing experience. He was a Captain in the U.S. Army. He served as Non-Executive Chairman of High Ridge Brands Co. and serves as its Director. He also served as the Chairman of Craft House Corporation. He served as a Director of Spinrite GP Inc. Mr. Margve holds a B.S. in Engineering from the United States Military Academy and has attended graduate programs in Systems Management at the University of Southern California and Nestlé’s International Management School.
