Mr. Alain J. Cohen is the Co-Founder of Bublup Inc. and serves as its Co-Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Cohen is the Founder of Cobro Ventures, inc. He Co-founded OPNET Technologies Inc. in 1986 and served as its President, Chief Technology Officer and Director from 1986 to December 18, 2012. Mr. Cohen received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology ('M.I.T.'). Mr. Alain J.
