Biography
Dr. Devgun has completed his Ph.D. from University of Birmingham, MBA from SUNY – University at Buffalo and PE Manufacturing Engineering (State of Iowa). Dr. Devgun specializes in materials, manufacturing, and quality control, with particular interest in the manufacturing industries. Having worked 10 years in the aerospace and automotive industries, he has taught in England, Venezuela, and U.S.A. From 1977-1980, Dr. Devgun has served as a consultant in metal forming to the National Council of Scientific and Technological of Venezuela (CONICIT). Since 1990, he has been consultant to various manufacturing industries within Western New York, on a variety of projects related to his area of expertise.
