Janet C. Sundquist

Biography

Janet C. Sundquist is a Clinical Faculty in the Division of General Internal Medicine. She see patients and supervise residents in Internal Medicine and medical students at the Primary Medicine Center at Buffalo General Hospital. She is interested in scholarship relating to medical education, quality of care, and helping patients adopt healthy behaviors.Education and Training: Residency, University at Buffalo (1992); MD, University at Buffalo, Summa Cum Laude (1988); BS, Biochemistry, Cornell University, with Distinction (1984).Clinical Associate Professor, Medicine, University at Buffalo (1992-present). He got awards like New York State Assembly Citation for Community Service (2002); Heinrich Leonhardt Prize in Surgery, University at Buffalo (1988); Glasgow Citation for Academic Exellence, University at Buffalo (1988); Dean's Letters of Commendation, University at Buffalo (1988); Alpha Omega Alpha (1987); Scholar Incentive Award, University at Buffalo (1984) Presidential Scholar Award, Cornell University (1984); National Scholar Award, Cornell University (1980).
