Biography
John R. Fudyma graduated from the University of Buffalo School of Medicine and completed a residency in Internal Medicine at UB as well. He was a Chief Resident in 1990 and subsequently joined the Department of Medicine as a faculty member in the Division of General Internal Medicine. He served as an Associate Program Director for the Internal Medicine resident training program until 2008. From 2002 until 2008 I became involved in hospital administration and served as the Chief Medical Officer for the Erie County Medical Center. From 2008 until 2011 he served as the Chief Medical Officer for the Seneca Nation Health Department. During that time he completed a Masters of Public Health at the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University. In 2011 he returned full time to the Department of Medicine as Division Chief of General Internal Medicine and to ECMCC as VP for Clinical Integration.
