Biography

Roger is a true engineering visionary, and has worked on some of the world’s most iconic structures. Having graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering, Roger quickly sought out design leadership roles in technically and logistically sophisticated project environments. His teamÂ’s achievements include The Louvre, Abu Dhabi, Battersea Power Station Development, London, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, USA and The High Line in New York.. His deep commercial understanding of projects, portfolios and their impact on business finance mean that he is a natural leader, and in his current capacity as CEO he actively encourages the practice to pursue a broad range of challenging opportunities.   Roger also thrives on remaining engaged and interested in a way that helps to unlock really complex problems, especially when those solutions really benefit the societies and stakeholders affected. Roger believes that confident innovation in design is driven by improving the way we communicate, the way we collaborate and the way we engage our client base. He is passionate about integrated design and believes that we have to broaden our reach, adopt technology and reassess how the industry engages with its clients.
