Mr. Roe H. Hatlen has been an Advisor at Buffets Holdings, Inc. since January 2008. In 1983, Mr. Hatlen Co- founded Buffets, Inc. in 1983 and served as its President since November 2004. Mr. Hatlen served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Buffets Holdings since 1983. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Buffets Holdings Inc. from November 2004 to November 7, 2005. He Co-Founded Buffets Holdings Inc. and served as its President from November 2004 to January 11, 2008. Mr. Hatlen served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Buffets, Inc. since 1983 and previously served as its Interim Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hatlen previously served as President of Buffets Inc. from May 1989 to September 1992. From January to September 1983, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Pizza Ventures Inc. From 1973 to 1982, Mr. Hatlen served as Chief Financial Officer at International King's Table Inc. Mr. Hatlen served as Vice Chairman of Buffets, Inc. since June 2002.
