Xiaoqing Liu

Biography

LIU was born and grow up in Shandong Province, China. LIU came to U.S. in 2002 and got my Master’s degree in translation studies at the University of Massachusetts and Ph.D. in comparative literature at the Universityof South Carolina. She supervises the Chinese program. In addition to offering all-level Chinese courses, She also teaches FL320 and GHS courses related to East Asian studies. LIU's areas of expertise include translation studies,comparative literature, and modern Chinese women’s writing.
