Betty Larson

Biography

Betty Larson joined C. R. Bard, Inc. in September 2014 as Vice President, Human Resources. In this role she is responsible for HR, communications, and community relations. Prior to Bard, she spent over 15 years at Baxter Healthcare in a number of positions of increasing responsibility. During her time at Baxter, Betty held global positions in each of the business segments, working extensively with commercial, operational, and research and development organizations. Most recently, she was the global HR leader for the Medical Products Division, encompassing $8 billion in revenue and over 30,000 employees in more than 40 countries. Prior to relocating, Betty participated on the Board of the United Way of Lake County, where she served on several committees. Betty has a B.A. in Psychology and a Masters in Human Resources from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.
