Biography
Mr. Tony L. White served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Applied Biosystems, Inc., from September 1995 to November 2008 and served as its President from September 1995 to August 2008. Mr. White served as an Interim President of Applied Biosystems Ltd. His wealth of management experience in the life sciences and health care industries, including over 13 years as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of an advanced-technology life sciences company and 26 years in various management positions at Baxter International Inc. He served as an Executive Vice President and Member of the Office of the Chief Executive Officer of Baxter International Inc., from 1991 to 1995
