Larry Fisher

Biography

Larry Fisher is VP of HR of Cadence Education, one of the largest early childhood educators in the country with over 4,000 employees.Larry has over 20 years experience leading organizational change, developing top teams, working with global businesses and focusing on formulating people strategy to enhance the business strategy. Prior to Cadence Education, Larry served as head of HR for Best Western International, a large well known hotel brand. Larry developed a new leadership development program for the business.Previously, Larry served as a General Manager of HR of global Orica Mining Service (ASX: ORI), with over 8,000 employees in 52 different countries. He worked for Orica for over 14 years where he lived in Melbourne Australia and Singapore.Earlier in his career, Larry worked for the mining industry, and served in various HR positions in Norther Nevada. Larry holds a BA in Business Operations from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego and earned an MBA from University of Nevada, Reno.Larry spends his free time with his wife and children as they play music and sports and he enjoys cycling.
