Biography
Mr. Scott Butchley has 23 years of human resources experience with several pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging groups of Cardinal Health, Inc. in the US, Puerto Rico, UK & Germany. Most recently, Mr. Butchley worked as a Director with the Strong•Leader® Consulting Group providing human resources, talent management & organizational development consulting services to branded pharmaceutical clients. Mr. Butchley has a bachelor of science degree in Occupational Safety & Health from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, holds a SPHR designation with (SHRM) and is a member of the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA). He joined Jubilant Cadista in January 2010.
