Biography
Caesar Paet is the owner and founder of Cadmus Properties Corporation. With the exception of four years in banking Caesar has been involved in real estate specializing in residential and commercial brokerage and property management. Caesar’s real estate career began while attending the University of Hawaii working part-time as a bookkeeper for a small local real estate company. Caesar then went on to work for Loyalty Enterprises and First Hawaiian Bank gaining experience in real estate financing and asset management. Caesar holds several designations including the prestigious CCIM designation and is a past Hawaii CCIM Chapter President. Caesar has served on numerous committees with the Honolulu Board of Realtors, served as co-chair of the Professional Standards and Arbitration Committee and currently is a State of Hawaii appointed Foreclosure Commissioner.
