Trish M. Braga

Biography

Dr. Patricia (Trish) Braga has been a dentist at Cahill Dental Care in Inver Grove Heights since 1983, more than 30 years. After receiving a B.A. in Chemistry from the College of St. Catherine, she graduated as Valedictorian of her University of Minnesota Dental School class. Dr. Braga is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (ABDSM) and is one of only four Minnesota dentists to achieve that status in Dental Sleep Medicine. The American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the physician sleep medicine specialty, recognizes the ABDSM and the designation as Diplomate. She is also Clinical Director of Dental Sleep Medicine at Cahill Dental Care, one of only two Accredited Dental Sleep Clinics in Minnesota. Clinical Accreditation was awarded by demonstrating that Cahill Dental Care adheres to strict treatment protocols and audited procedures for dental sleep medicine treatment. The American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM), an affiliate of the prestigious medical organization, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM), awards the Accreditation. Dr. Braga has made numerous presentations on both the national and local level including presenting at the National Meeting of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. She is a recipient of the Women in Dentistry Award and has earned a Fellowship in the International College of Craniomandibular Orthopedics. In addition to treating Dental Sleep Apnea she has special interest in overall health and well being, Dr. Braga has also focused her practice on life changing care including Safe Mercury Removal and as a Graduate of the prestigious Las Vegas Institute of Neuromuscular Dental Studies she is also highly skilled in Cosmetic Smile Transformations. She recognizes how fortunate she is to have been a part of the community for so long and reports, “My work has never been more rewarding.” On days off, when she is not golfing with her husband, Bob, you can find her reading, meeting with close friends or working out. Her son, Joe, is a business graduate from the U of WI, Madison and is working in Minneapolis.
