Biography
I have worked in the fields of community development and public health since 1995. Trained in cultural anthropology, urban studies and public health, I have conducted research in the areas of community development, environment and behavior, and substance abuse treatment and prevention. I have extensive experience with community campus partnerships including neighborhood development work in New Orleans and practice improvement efforts with substance abuse treatment agencies in Los Angeles.
