Biography
Mr. Jason Jones has been Assistant General Manager of Calihan Pork Processors, Inc. since December 2006. Mr. Jones serves as Director of Marketing and Patient Management at Kramer Chiropractic and Acupuncture Center in Peoria. Mr. Jones served at Smithfield RMH Foods, working in business development and the selling of new products through different business channels including club stores and foodservice. Prior to Smithfield RMH Foods, he served at Smithfield Packing out of Smithfield, Virginia. He is a 2003 graduate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences.
