Biography
Tim Smalstig joined C3’s leadership team in October 2016, bringing over 25 years of experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments. In this role, Tim oversees the engineering, manufacturing, facilities, and supply chain for the company’s Instrumentation and Bioservices businesses. Before joining the C3’s team, Tim was Director of Manufacturing for a Cardinal Health facility, working in their Medical Device division. Tim earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and his Bachelor of Science in Applied Technology Manufacturing Systems from University of Wisconsin Stout. He is a Lean process improvement leader, a 4th degree black belt in Taekwondo and a certified martial arts instructor. Tim prides himself not only in building manufacturing organizations, but investing in people.
