He was director of Education, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences (2012 - Present) and associate Chair, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences (2013 - Present).He was awarded as visiting Professor from National Center for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.He got teaching Award from San Mateo Psychiatric Residency Training Program (2012).
