Biography
He is a Associate Professor of Neurobiology, Bioengineering, Chemical and Systems Biology.He is a member of Bio-X and Child Health Research Institute. He is a Faculty Fellow of Stanford ChEM-H and member of Stanford Neurosciences Institute.He got Burroughs Wellcome Career Award for Medical Scientists from Burroughs Wellcome Foundation (5/2007 - current).He has done BA from Harvard University, Biochemistry (1994),PhD from Harvard Medical School in Biological & Biomedical Sciences from Lab of Michael E. Greenberg (2002),MD from UCLA in Medicine (2004)
Research Interest
biochemical and engineering principles to the development of protein-based tools for imaging and control of biochemical processes.
