Gregory R. Page

Biography

 Mr. Gregory R. Page, also known as Greg, serves as Executive Chairman of Cargill Limited and Cargill Kft. Mr. Page has been Executive Director of Cargill, Incorporated since September 11, 2007. He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Brazil-U.S. Business Council since January 28, 2012. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Cargill, Incorporated since June 2000. He joined Cargill in 1974 as a trainee assigned to the Feed Division. Over the years, he held a number of positions in the United States and Singapore. His background, which spans nearly 40 years with the Cargill organization, includes assignments in Singapore and Thailand. He served as the Corporate Vice President and Sector President of Financial Markets and Red Meat Group at Cargill from May 1998 to June 2000, President of the Red Meat Group from August 1995 to May 1998 and Corporate Executive Vice President of Financial Markets and Red Meat Group since 1999. Mr. Page served as the Global Chief Executive Officer of Cargill Investments (China) Co., Ltd. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at Cargill, Incorporated from June 2000 to December 1, 2013 and its Chairman from September 11, 2007 to December 1, 2013. He served as Executive Chairman of the Board of Cargill, Incorporated from December 2013 to September 10, 2015. He serves as the President of the Northern Star Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He served as the Chairman of Big Brothers-Big Sisters Of America and serves as its Director. He has been an Independent Director of Eaton Corporation plc since April 23, 2003. He has been Director of Cargill Kft. since August 2000. Mr. Page has been Independent Director of 3M Company since February 01, 2016. He has been an Independent Director of Deere & Company since June 1, 2013. He serves as a Director of Black River Asset Management LLC. He served as a Director of Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group. He served as a Director of Carlson, Inc. since October 2010. He served as a Director at Viskase Companies Inc. since 1993. Mr. Page holds Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of North Dakota.
