Elizabeth is an experienced human resources and organizational behavior executive with over 15 years of experience in the field. She has served as an HR executive in global organizations in the industries of aerospace, defense, and manufacturing . She approaches her work with an entrepreneurial mindset and has developed a wide variety of client-focused professional development, employment compliance, and leadership effectiveness training programs that have enhanced the skills and performance of thousands of people. She is an accomplished speaker and business columnist who offers expert advice on a myriad of issues impacting organizational effectiveness, including workplace cultural considerations affecting morale, staffing, productivity and overall business sustainability.
