Biography

Marsha, Co-President at Catapult, is an accomplished executive who has participated in the transformation of high-profile organizations, large and small. She is comfortable in the board rooms of Manhattan, and the open setting of a startup. She has passion, vision and is one of the most genuinely engaging personalities in the consulting industry. Her clients consistently praise her for the lengths she will go to move their business forward, a by-product of how much she truly cares about each business she is privileged to serve. Marsha has deep experience in organizational development (including cultural and transformational change), succession planning, leadership development and employee engagement. Marsha serves as a board member of the non-profit organization Wider Opportunities for Women, based in Washington, D.C., and as the Vice Chair of Nichols School—a nationally recognized college preparatory school in Buffalo, N.Y.
