Biography

Paige Gullotti, Director of Operations and Client Solutions at Catapult, is an innovative and forward-thinking talent development and recruiting specialist with a keen eye for sourcing, identifying, engaging, and developing top quality talent. Using both her creative and analytical mindset, she has been able to enhance and develop training, recruiting, and business development programs to improve organizational capability. Focusing on the client solutions side of the business, she consistently cultivates relationships and builds strategic alliances to establish continuous growth and success for the community and organization . Through her work and education, she has developed financial and strategy planning experience in the healthcare and service industries, with a focus on financial reporting, budgeting, business operations, and succession planning . She has earned her Bachelor’s of Science and Master’s of Science in Accounting from Medaille College. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Medaille Alumni Association .
