Biography
Have taught at four Catholic universities and one seminary from 1979 to the present ,Received my philosophical education at the University of Toronto from 1972 to 1979 ,Studied with Fr. Weisheipl O.P., Fr. Owens, CSSR, Fr. A. Maurer, Prof. K. Schmitz, Prof. L.E. Lynch, Prof. A. Bloom and Prof. A.C. Pegis ,Attended the classes of Hans-Georg Gadamer for two years at McMaster University , Wrote my Ph.D. dissertation, “St. Thomas and Prudence”, Hired by Dr. Pegis to be one of three inaugural professors at the Center for Thomistic Studies in Houston , Relocated to Chicago upon my father’s death to manage and oversee the family business but continued to teach part-time and full-time for thirteen years (as other responsibilities permitted) at Loyola University of Chicago ,Hired by Thomas Aquinas College as a tutor ,Hired as founding professor of philosophy at Southern Catholic College , Hired as a Professor of Philosophy at Our Lady of Thornwood Seminary
