Biography
Mr. Wigney has 30 years of engineering, procurement and construction experience including project portfolio management in offshore, pipelines, LNG, refining and gas processing. Prior to his current role, he served as Group Vice President of Engineering & Construction for CB&I’s International operations and has held other senior-level engineering, project management and business development roles with the company. Before joining CB&I, Mr. Wigney served in similar roles at Kvaerner Process Ltd., John Brown Engineers, and Brown and Root Ltd.
